Philadelphia Union and Next Level Soccer Academy announced today a youth partnership aimed at improving the growth and development of young soccer players as both athletes and community members. This partnership makes NLSA the first Union affiliate in central New Jersey.
"We are thrilled to begin this partnership with NLSA,” said David Pettican, Youth Programs Director. “Philadelphia Union wants to see soccer in this region continue to grow and affect young lives and that is a core part of what NLSA does every day.”
"We are unbelievably excited for this partnership and affiliation with the Philadelphia Union,” said Brian Thomsen, NLSA Director of Coaching & Operations. “This is one of the biggest steps Next Level Soccer Academy has taken in its 14 year history to help the core mission of our club. The possibility that we now have a direct tie to the Philadelphia Union is only going to help provide opportunities for our players and staff to reach their goals and dreams. We look forward to working hand in hand with Philadelphia Union to help continue our goal of making sure every player matters, player development is the main focus, and club/team culture is a priority."
