Box Score | Philadelphia Union 3, Orlando City 1

Chester, PA (September 19, 2021) – The Philadelphia Union beat Orlando City SC 3-1 on Sunday afternoon at Subaru Park. With the win, the Union jump to seventh place in the Eastern Conference with 35 points. The Union controlled the first half, outshooting Orlando eight to one. Kai Wagner opened the scoring in the 37th minute with a left footed shot from the center of the box, assisted by Cory Burke. In the 61st minute, Jamiro Monteiro found Kacper Przybylko to make it 2-1. Monteiro now becomes the fifth player in Union history to reach 20 career assists. Just before the final whistle, Kacper Przybylko put away a penalty after a defensive error from Orlando’s Antônio Carlos, making him the third player in Union history to score 31 career goals. Goalkeeper Andre Blake recorded three crucial saves to ensure the Union get all three points. 

The Union are back home to take on Atlanta United FC at Subaru Park on Saturday, September 25th (3:30 p.m. ET / TUDN).
