Post-Match Quote Sheet
Bethlehem Steel FC vs. Swope Park Rangers | September 1, 2019 – Talen Energy Stadium, Chester, Pa.
Bethlehem Steel FC
Forward Patrick Bohui
On being the youngest player to start a match in Steel FC history . . .

It means a lot. I was happy when I found out I was starting. Coming up to the game I was really excited. I wish I would have finished my first opportunity in the first half, but it didn’t go my way so I’m just focused on the next game.

On his first start . . .

I was kind of nervous at first because it was my first time. I’m happy to make my first start.

On getting three points at home . . .

It felt great. We haven’t won in a while now, it felt great. It’s at home too so I’m really happy with the way we played and how everybody fought for each other.

Midfielder Zach Zandi
On his team’s performance . . .

Yeah, it was a solid performance. I think there are still a lot of things to improve upon. It was a game that we had to win, there was no other option, so to get the three points is good, but we still have a lot to improve upon.

On scoring his second goal of the season . . .

It has been a long time since the first goal, scoring in the first week in Birmingham, but it’s good to get the second goal. Now it’s just time to build upon that and hopefully get a few more before the end of the season.

On Patrick Bohui’s first start . . .

It’s a testament to the hard work he puts in training. He’s 15 years old, that’s pretty incredible to play in a professional game. So all credit to him, I thought he did a great job out there. He worked hard, got balls, played well and connected the team pretty well. So props to him, it’s pretty incredible.
