Things have changed since the last time we’ve come together at Subaru Park but we’re ready to welcome you home to root on the 2020 Supporters’ Shield Winners. When you first arrive at Subaru Park, you’ll notice some new additions to the Subaru Plaza. On the plaza fans will see the new Heineken Bar located near the Premier Orthopaedics Gate. The Union Ale House Deck has a new look as well in 2021 with the name changing to the Heineken Deck where fans can take in beautiful views of the stadium while grabbing a beverage.

Fans will also the Garden For Good at Subaru Park which is maintained by the Pennsylvania Horticultural Society and Subaru employee volunteers, is Chester’s first sustainable and organic garden. During harvesting seasons, Subaru volunteers and PHS harvest produce every two weeks with a goal of producing 4,200 pounds of produce each year. The garden is intended to provide fresh fruits and vegetables for donation to food banks in Chester.

Fans looking to satisfy their hunger they’ve worked up rooting for the Boys in Blue will have numerous new options to choose from.

Fans in search of new beverages will find new additions as well with offerings from Angry Orchard Hard Cider, Founders Brewing Co. and Truly Hard Seltzer. Truly will also be the presenting sponsor for both bars found within the Stadium Club in 2021.

Fans should be aware that due to limited fan capacity, not all concession stands will be open.

Fans looking for new threads can always visit the Union Shop during the 2021 season and new this season you’ll be able to find the Philadelphia Union Foundation’s exclusive range of ‘homegrown’ apparel available in the Club Shop. All proceeds will help fund their mission to restore high school soccer to the City of Chester. Get ‘em while they’re hot because once they’re gone, they’re gone!

There will also be a pop-up stand featuring 2020 Supporters' Shield merchandise designed by the Sons of Ben. Fans can shop these celebratory tees and hats at special games this season, including the regular season home opener on 4/24! The Sons of Ben are proud to donate 50% of the proceeds from this pop-up to Chester HS soccer through the Philadelphia Union Foundation.

Don’t forget to check out the new mural walls located inside Subaru Park. With features including 10 ft neon signs, paint drip and a cloud made of soccer balls, these are photo spots you won’t want to miss! You can find these murals located at the Crozer Health Gate and Subaru Gate.

Making its debut last season, Subaru Park features an all-new, high dynamic range (HDR) videoboard. This will be the first HDR-compatible videoboard in a Philadelphia sports venue and the first in any MLS soccer-specific venue. The board will be 109 ft. x 32 ft. with 3,440 sq. ft. of video surface, a 281% increase in surface, and feature a 200% increase in resolution. The stadium will also feature upgraded LED ribbons around the field and bowl as well as more than 200 new monitors throughout the stadium and concourse.
