Cancelation Before Program Start
Cancellations that occur within 14 days of the start date, will have the option to move to another program or receive an account credit. All cancellations resulting in refunds are subject to a processing fee. A $30 processing fee is applied for all programs. No refunds will be given for cancellations that are made within 14 days of the program start date. If you need to cancel or make changes to your program registration, please email Becca McDermott. No pro-rated portion of the program fee will be refunded for any reason other than an injury or sickness (with a doctor’s note).
During program
If a program is cut short due to inclement weather or any other unforeseen issues, every effort will be made to make up lost time. If we are forced to cancel a program, our team will decide the best course of action to take based on the current conditions. Credits or refunds will be determined on a program-by-program basis. Once a decision has been made, all participants will be notified via email.
