PHILADELPHIA UNION - WINTER SELECT 2026 - OPEN TO BOYS & GIRLS (U9-U15)

Following the incredible success of the summer select program, the Philadelphia Union is proud to bring a winter select program to Eastern Pennsylvania. Our winter select program allows youth players to showcase their skills and represent the Philadelphia Union in the Disney Presidents' Day Soccer Tournament. This tournament takes place the weekend of February 14th-16th at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex at Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando.

PROGRAM INCLUDES:

This union youth program cost is an "all-in fee" that covers:

  • 1 Winter tournament coached by union youth coaches.
  • 12 Training sessions with union youth coaches.
  • Union player pack: 2x Jerseys, 1x shorts, 1x socks.
  • Professional, challenging, and engaging environment.
  • Developmental curriculum aligned with the Union Academy.
  • Coaching is delivered by the professional union youth coaching staff.
  • Entertaining and energetic activities designed to create a unique and memorable experience.

To evaluate and select players for the program, we will hold ID sessions on September 21st from 5:00pm - 9:15pm.

1. Register for the ID Session. REGISTRATION CLOSES September 14th, 2025.

2. Attend the ID Session to be evaluated.

3. Receive communication about ID results.

4. Selected players will register through Daysmart on the "Philadelphia Union Winter Select 2026" registration and pay: $595. (payment plans are available)

5. Receive TeamSnap and jersey ordering information.

6. Attend as many of the 12 scheduled training sessions as possible.

7. Participate in 1 tournament.

  • The turf fields are at the WSFS Bank Sportsplex,2501 Seaport Drive, Chester, PA 19013.

ID SESSION DATES AND TIMES: Sunday, September 21st

  • 5:00pm - 6:15pm: U9/U10 Boys and Girls
  • 6:30pm - 7:45pm: U11/U12 Boys and Girls
  • 8:00pm - 9:15pm: U13/U14/U15 Boys and Girls

These times may be subject to change depending on the number of registered players.

Potential make-up session if needed - Sunday, September 28th 5:00pm - 9:15pm

Button Register

To prepare for this tournament, teams will practice twice a week for six weeks beginning the week of January 5th. All practices will take place in the indoor building of the newly opened WSFS Bank Sportsplex in Chester, PA.

PRACTICES: WSFS Bank Sportsplex 1999 Seaport Drive, Chester, PA 19013

Practice times will be 6:15pm - 7:15pm and 7:15pm - 8:15pm.

  • Specific team time slots will be announced once teams are formed.
  • Teams will have 12 practices throughout the 6-week program.
  • Teams will practice on Mondays and Wednesdays or Tuesdays and Thursdays.
  • FIRST practice is Monday, January 5th. FINAL practice is on Thursday, February 13th.
  • Individual team practice times and dates will be announced once teams are formed.

TOURNAMENT:

  • Disney Presidents Day Soccer Tournament: February 14th - 16th, 2026
