The Player Pathway Program (PPP) is a supplemental, invite only program for identified players to practice under the Philadelphia Union methodology.

The aim is to provide a platform for individual development and playing opportunities, whilst trying to get as many of the Gold Tier players recommended into the Academy system as possible.

The PPP is a stand-alone program, designed to run parallel to the club season, creating additional playing and training opportunities outside of the player's club model.
