Player Development Program (PDP)

Player Development Program (PDP) delivers Philadelphia Union's modern soccer methodology and innovative player education to small groups and one-on-one training. This program offers a tailored approach for individual players, from beginners to the elite level. Our coaches hold USSF, FIFA, UEFA, CONMEBOL, and/or United Soccer Coaches certifications. We understand that each player has their individual needs, and the goal of this program is to reach each player in the best way possible.

Philadelphia Union Youth is proud to announce the Goalkeeper Academy, a FOUR-week training series designed specifically for young goalkeepers who want to refine their skills, boost confidence, and elevate their game to the next level. This immersive program puts goalkeepers at the heart of the action, with each session dedicated to a different aspect of the position. Under the guidance of experienced Union Youth coaches, players will learn the techniques, decision-making skills, and game awareness that distinguish great keepers from the rest.
