The Player Pathway Program (PPP) is a supplemental, invite-only program for identified players to practice under the Philadelphia Union methodology.
The aim is to provide a platform for individual development and playing opportunities, whilst trying to get as many of the Gold Tier players recommended into the Academy system as possible.
The PPP is a stand-alone program, designed to run parallel to the club season, creating additional playing and training opportunities outside of the player's club model.
The PPP has expanded from a co-ed program into a girls-specific program. The aim of the Girls Program over the next 12 months is to grow and replicate the high level and model of the Boys program respectively, creating
developmental opportunities to practice and play in events throughout the calendar
