It's never too early or too late to learn how to save someones life.
The Philadelphia Union and Independence Blue Cross Foundation are teaming up to build CPR awareness. On July 29, 2017 from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m., the entire Union community is invited to a Community CPR Festival.
Taking place outside of Talen Energy Stadium at the Philadelphia Union’s Power Training Complex, the Community CPR Day will feature the Penn Mobile team, who will be on-site with their Mobile CPR van teaching Hands-Only CPR. While the Penn Mobile team will be training hands-only CPR, it will not be counted for certification.
In addition to teaching how to properly conduct hands-only CPR, the festival will also include live entertainment, a photo booth, yoga, summer games such as corn hole, Talen Kick, Soccer-Pong, Philadelphia Union giveaways and a special appearance by Philadelphia Union Players.
Learning and properly being able to do hands-only CPR is a valuable skill in life, and now's your chance to do so, while also hanging out with friends, playing games, and maybe even meeting a Union player or two.
