ESF Dream Camp Foundation was named Charity of the Match in Philadelphia Union's 2-0 win against New England Revolution on Saturday night.
ESF Dream Camp Foundation is a non-profit organization that serves youth in Philadelphia, grades 1-12, by providing year-long, holistic programming, at no cost to its participants. It provides a variety of experiences for students including literacy development, sports, creative and performing arts, chess, conflict resolution, true-life adventures, and much more!
“Being named Charity of the Match at the Union’s Home Opener was a huge honor," said ESF Dream Camp Foundation Managing Director Leah Evans. "It is very powerful to be recognized in front of such an energetic crowd and the students we brought with us could not stop talking about the night.”
For being named Charity of the Match, ESF Dream Camp Foundation received an award at halftime from Philadelphia Insurance Companies, one of the top insurers of non-profits and the proud sponsor of the Charity of the Match.
