Projected Starting XI (4-4-2): Tim Howard – Eric Miller, Jared Watts, Bobby Burling, Marlon Hairston – Mohammed Saeid, Michael Azira, Dillon Powers, Shkelzen Gashi - Dominique Badji, Alan Gordon
Player to Watch: Shkelzen Gashi

The 2017 season has not been kind to the Colorado Rapids so far, but Gashi is determined to turn things around from the club. The team's leading scorer last season has had a rough go to start the season, but may be rounding into form during these past few matches. The Rapids defeated San Jose Earthquakes 3-0 last week for the team's largest win of the season, and Gashi potted his first two goals of the season. He trails Badji by a goal for the team lead, and leads the team in shots. Gashi will be the leading charge to turn things around for the Rapids, and should be a player the Union should focus on for Saturday.
